Mulligan Project is a compassionate and dedicated non profit halfway house located in Charlotte County, Florida. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal growth, empowers individuals, and promotes long-term sobriety. We offer transitional housing and access to a  comprehensive range of evidence-based programs and services to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse, those exiting the criminal justice system, and individuals transitioning from homelessness.
